PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!! Beware ,,, every review with more than 1 star , has to be related or maybe one of the their other pages.... If I could give them a negative star I would've,,, first I called them , the guy on the phone said 15 minutes yet the guy inside said one sec,, then another car pulled up and put his tire outside and they immediately starts on his car,, (I had been sitting there 10 minutes before he pulled up) then they tried to sell me a used tire (they put a sticker on) for $100 (the tire looked worse than my flat tire )🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️.... This is exactly why I'm hesitant about doing business with our own kind ,,Now I will never come back here and if you can avoid them please do,,,

I've came here quite a few times and I've never had a problem anytime I come I always get a good quality tire for a cheap price and the customer service is great. Ask for KK he will make sure you get what u need and have you in and out no time.

Incredibly unacceptable service, no communication between the shifts, and very lazy worker(s) given an unreasonable 2hour delay, with false assurance, specific repercussions need to be placed, “you choose to work, or don’t work at all” which ever you choose will have positive, negative or neutral consequences you choose your journey in life, and how you proceed will determine your consequence If I could I wouldn’t even give any star rating, how in the world is this place even exceeding a 2+ Star rating, just like Fastfood restaurants shops need to be inspected to, cause they need to be out of business MANAGEMENT WHERE ARE YOU?!

If there was no star to press! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! Placed the wrong tire on my car and immediately says no refunds. The most Disrespectful and rude owner I ever heard. Ladies do not go alone. Its not safe. The BBB and Memphis City Council need to do something about businesses mistreating patrons and not wanting to provide quality service. Used tires shouldn't look like the old ones you replaced should it🤔 The young men don't know what they're doing. They placed the wrong tire on and one of the tires were placed on the outside that clearly states it should be on the inside. When I informed the owner he immediately goes into a rampage stating they don't give refunds and explaining about how much it costs him to run a business. This is bad business 101 and the city or government agencies should ensure they verify the people that wants to be business owners can actually provide the business efficiently. Police can't do anything and civil court may assist and try to get you a refund. Don't be discouraged. Report them to BBB and anyone to get bad business people that are selling bad tires and not operating correctly closed. It's not right to paying
